Precision Contracting Services LTD

Established in August 2022, following the successful merger of Precision Electrical Installations LTD (2015-2022) and Dynamic Retail Solutions (2018-2022). Founded by William J. Humphreys and William B. Humphreys, we have quickly become a leading provider of retail and hospitality contracting services, as well as electrical installations and maintenance across the UK.

With our extensive expertise in design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and project management, we deliver high-quality, tailored solutions to meet our clients’ needs. Our experience in collaborating with diverse retail and hospitality brands allows us to understand and address the unique challenges our customers face, ensuring customised solutions for their success.

William J Humphreys

Director

William Sr. has enjoyed a varied and dynamic career. Beginning as a qualified joiner, he advanced through roles in drawing office, project management, and overall business operations. He later co-owned a Nottingham-based shopfitting company, managing daily operations until selling his shares in 2018. Following this, he founded Dynamic Retail Solutions Ltd., which later merged to form Precision Contracting Services Ltd. As Director, William has shown exceptional leadership, driving significant business growth, including expanding into new premises in April 2024 and opening a new workshop in September 2024. William has collaborated with high-profile clients, overseeing entire projects from concept to installation for brands such as Slaters Menswear, Bird’s Bakery, John Lewis, Boots, the Royal Navy, Selfridges, Alton Towers, and various chemist brands.

William B Humphreys

Director

Will Jnr is a certified electrician registered with the NIC. In August 2015, he established Precision Electrical Installations Ltd., which later merged into Precision Contracting Services Ltd. in 2022. As Director, Will’s expertise is crucial to our evolution into a comprehensive turn-key solution provider. He serves as the primary contact for all electrical installations and maintenance. He leads our team of electricians who works closely with project managers both within and outside the organisation to ensure high client satisfaction. Will has worked alongside renowned brands such as Next, Molton Brown, Hotter Shoes, various pub chains, Travelodge, and many more.
